Gettysburg Battle Field Memorial

More memorials, monuments and tributes per acre than I’ve ever seen before. The battlefield was expansive and had it not been for a few miscalculations the results of the battle may have been very different. One person on the tour kept asking the guide “what if” questions and second guessing the battle strategy as if he was an expert that is planning on time traveling back to the past to change the outcome.

I met Teresia and John in Alexandria, VA for a quick holiday tour in and around DC. What a great time we had. We drove through the Shenandoah Valley to Civil war battle sites including Gettysburg.
