After enduring the hottest night EVER in the van we spent three days in the cheap but cheerful and air-conditioned comfort of the Circus Circus Hotel. The air-conditioner was so old and loud that we had to turn the TV up every time it kicked into action, which was roughly every five minutes, but at least we were cool. Dean and Shelley are heading away from New Zealand in March 2011. After months of planning and many, many changes to the itinerary, the airfares have been booked and paid for and deposits and dates locked in for the 2 campervans; A Spaceship for the UK and Europe and a Lost Camper for the USA and Canada. The motorbike legs of the initial plans have now been relegated to some day trips around Las Vegas :-(. Still, that gives us a good excuse to plan another trip in 2012!!!... full info
