My great grandfather arrived here in 1864 from Norfolk, England. Maryborough was a busy port in those days.

I started to feel better on Tuesday and so we went for a bit of a walk around town, playing tourist. I especially like the local botanical gardens and the park lands that have been developed by the river in the last few years. When I was a kid this area was pretty tatty.
