View to old buildings in Wharf Strret

A number of the old buildings in this area have been renovated and look quite nice. The blue building is now a military museum and the brick buildings are the old Harbour Master's residence which is now a very pleasant restaurant

Playing tourist in Maryborough

I started to feel better on Tuesday and so we went for a bit of a walk around town, playing tourist. I especially like the local botanical gardens and the park lands that have been developed by the river in the last few years. When I was a kid this area was pretty tatty.
