Knocked down twice by Cyclones, once by the Japanese: Darwin!

The next stop on my trip was Darwin, and the first thing I did was find a backpackers, and then went out to look around the city. Despite getting in at 4 in the afternoon, it was still really hot and sunny, and very humid. Apparently over here it's only about 35 degrees, but they get about 5 degrees added on in humidity factor.
