Typical English Holiday Fare

Gail and I went authentic English for dinner = we both ordered Tikka Masala. I've read many times that the best food in England are the Asian dishes that immigrants from the old British Empire have brought into Britain. We agreed. This would not be our last Indian meal of the vacation.
Day Eight - Heading South of the Border

Another day with an early start. This would be the longest drive of the trip so far and we needed to make a number of stops along the way yet still arrive at our destination before the New Year's revelers got out in full force.
