Long man at the Longmen Caves

After a very long and backwards route, our sleeper bus arrived in Luoyang at 04.20 in the dark, so after waiting for daybreak as well as our own brains to begin working, we took bus 81 to the Longmen caves about an hour away. I moved to Hong Kong in August 2007 with the intention of staying for 9 months...until I left eight and a half years later....I finally made a move from HK and spent 2016 in Sydney, Australia. 2017 has included Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Peru, Ireland and Sweden. My favourite adventure: I went travelling in Asia and Europe for six months, taking the Trans-Siberian railway back to England. We managed to get from Thailand to London with no airplanes!
