This morning we headed up to London via Mottisfont Abbey and Garden … yet another NT property!! We are really giving our reciprocal membership a work out on this trip. The abbey ceased to operate after the dissolution (1536-40) when it was acquired by William Lord Sandys who converted it into a house.
