A house in Salamanca

This house was built as a wedding present. It has shells on the outside, when symbolize love because Venus (goddess of love) was born from a shell. I thought this building was pretty cool.

Excursion to Extremadura

I just got back from Extremadura!! The weekend was very busy. The group left at 8am (VERY EARLY for me!) and we took a bus to Salamanca, which is a major university city in Spain.
