Pronghorn Leghorn

This lonesome pronghorn antelope darted in front of us, then gave us his best side for a photo op. We also spotted a peregrine falcon and a mule deer.

*Whew* whatta day. It all began at about 8:00 when I started west down I-80 toward Aragonite - so named for the high concentration of aragonite. Don’t ask me why I had to spell that out.
