This is the Cargill salt plant, which was further along the highway than the Morton plant. Both sported these gleaming white mountains of salt.

*Whew* whatta day. It all began at about 8:00 when I started west down I-80 toward Aragonite - so named for the high concentration of aragonite. Don’t ask me why I had to spell that out.
