Little bit of history on this tiny island. This was once the home of Roman Emporer Tiberius. The monastery next to our hotel was founded in 1371 -- the site where Tiberius once ruled Rome. The monastery is now a private school. We were told by our tour guide today that when Tiberius would get sick of any of his many wives, he would quite simply throw them off the cliff.
