Heidelberger Schloss - Heidelberg Castle. Statue of Prince-Elector Frederick IV of the Palatinate (1574-1610) on the façade of the Friedrichsbau. He built the Friedrichsbau in 1601-1607. Viking Sigrun docked at Mannheim as the port for shore excursions to Heidelberg. When I think of Heidelberg, Sigmund Romberg's musical The Student Prince immediately comes to mind.
