Wednesday - Day 13
September 14th 2022 Two and a half days, 5 training sessions to go. Had to remember that when I woke up this morning because I was sore everywhere. Knee is a little sore, and a cramp in left thigh, probably from sparring yesterday. Really wanted to sleep more, but got up and stretched a little and started to feel better.
