Wolken en zon / Clouds and sun

We begonnen vandaag weer met een stuk langs een kanaal, het Aisne - Marne kanaal dit keer. Langs de kant stonden een aantal keer dit soort graansilo’s. De zon liet zich zien achter de wolken om hoop te geven voor de dag van vandaag. We started again today with a stretch along side a canal, the Aisne - Marne canal this time. On the other side there were a number of grain silos. The sun showed itself behind the clouds to give hope to the day of today.

Day 18: Reims - Verzy

It was a lovely day to walk today. Very nice to leave yesterday’s heat behind us and walk under a cloudy sky most of the time. Today’s distance was 22.0 kms; temperature around 20 degrees.
