Ujazdowski Castle

Ujazdowski Castle = Zamek Ujazdowski. Rebuilt by King Stanisław Poniatowski in 1766 and again in 1784. From 1809 to World War II it was used as a military hospital. Restored in 1977. Today we had our formal Collette coach tour of Warsaw. We started at Łazienki Park. It was originally a royal preserve laid out with palaces and monuments. It became a public park for Warsaw in 1918.
