Day 68 - another day of semi -lockdown . Test and Protect has started in Scotland . Track and Trace has started in England . Will that work ? Somehow we doubt it . Walking round a supermarket who have I been next to? I will not know them. How can I tell the NHS who I walked by, who I stood by, their names, their addresses and their phone numbers .
