Nikki woke me up around 7:10 to let me know what time it was because today we had to line up to get one of 500 wrist bands for the opportunity to purchase the Disney Cruise Hawaii Pin Sets. I knew that there were people who were sleeping outside of the store to be sure that they got their pin set so I knew I couldn't wait too late to go down and get in line. The cruise line did it this way a few years back and fist fights broke out over it so they changed it and specialty pins like this were sold via a raffle and immediate purchase all handled through a form left in your stateroom. Luckily today there were no fist fights but, I am certain that there were several people upset because they didnâÃÂÃÂt get a wristband.
I headed to deck 4 and Nikki joined me a little while later. While I was there I worked on yesterdayâÃÂÃÂs blog and checked my emails.
Once we got our wrist bands we headed back to the room, I showered and Nikki called the girls to meet us for breakfast. The sky
was still gray but the waves had calmed down significantly.
We ate breakfast at Beach Blanket Buffet. After breakfast, we decided that we would go to the cooking class and learn to make Tandoori Chicken. It was for adults only and Kelsie wanted to do something in her stateroom so we met back up with her after the demo and learned how to make origami hearts and birds.
Kelsie left the origami demo early so she could go to Vibe and start the Gotcha game. If you remember this game from back in the 80s, you are given the name of someone else playing the game and you are to assassinate them.
Regan, Nikki and I went to TritonâÃÂÃÂs for lunch. After lunch Regan went off to do her thing and Nikki and I I walked around the deck and then went to play trivia in Diversions. The questions were difficult and we only got 13/25 questions correct.
Trivia ended at 3:00 and Nikki wanted a nap. I bumped into the DavidsonâÃÂÃÂs and Carol and went up to deck 10 with them to visit for a while. The blue sky from the photo appeared periodically through
the day but it was mostly gray all day. Today was warmer than yesterday though.
Kelsie was interested in the Art of the Theme Show Tour around the ship so Nikki, her and I went on the tour. It is always interesting to go on the tour and we learn something new each time. Like the fact that there are over 130 different carpets on the Magic and Wonder or that the art in the stairways tell you where you are headed or where you are coming from.
We hurried and changed for dinner and met Regan and Kelsie there. We ate in Parrot Cay tonight and the menu was the traditional Rotational Dining Menu.
After dinner Nikki and I went for another walk and then met Regan to see Guy Bavli for the evening show. He is a mentalist.
Regan had seen the house band in Wavebands last night and wanted to go back tonight so the three of us went to see them for a little while before turning in.

That crab dip is one of my favorites from their menus! Love that soup as well. I'm jealous, which is sad since you haven't even gotten to the islands yet. Thanks for the reports and have a great cruise! Glad the seas calmed a little!
