I was prepared. I had two poncho's in the Troopy. They laughed at me at first but now they are impressed that the poncho is being used. This is Tracey
Hi all, well the rains have come Sub tropical rain during the night (76mm in 24 hours) and also lighting and thunder. At least none of campers had any significant leaks. Tracey had a little bit of water in her camper but Xavier fixed the problem and Tracey happy. Not much could be done in the morning due to the rain but the afternoon was perfect. Not too much sun and calm enough to allow everyone to go out on the Tinny to do a bit of local fishing. most of the fish were given to the locals. We ended the day by going to Loyalty Beach for a local Fish and chip night. It was a great atmosphere and we again had a simple menu to choose from. Fish and chips, fish and chips or fish and chips. So simple. It was also Allison's 38th birthday. We had brought an icecream cake in my freezer from Melbourne and it was frozen solid so we had a great desert. Allison was happy and impressed that we had carried this cake all the way from home without damaging it. We ended the night by watching another of Paul's movies. This time it
