Notting Hill Vineyard
Enter via footbridge. Entrance wall made of Limestone I have finally spotted a group of about 50 Kangaroos .......... whippeeeeee, about 30 Klms north of Margaret River. This morning we decided to go back up north and visit some vineyards, coastal towns and the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. It poured nearly all the time, however we still enjoyed it. You can see that we are easy to please lol. This arvo we walked all over Margaret River township after we lunched at a trendy little cafe. Then it was on to find a good fishing spot for Rodger. He wanted to fish from the beach, but unfortunately the strong winds and tides had bought in a lot of weed. So we have decided to leave here tomorrow and head South for Albany.
This region of our wonderful country is beautiful, lush, green and abundant wih wildlife and beautiful flora. We would like to come back in the warmer months, but guess then we would to compete with thousands of other tourists. At the moment it is very quiet here. I had better be off and do a load of washing before dinner. I am 'slow cooking' lamb shanks, yummy. Luv to all Di and Rodger
