We walked along the beach for miles - at some points having to scramble over rocks on the foreshore. There were some interesting rock formations. Having returned the quickest route along the road we spent the afternoon relaxing on the beach as the sun appeared. I snorkelled briefly in the chilly waters seeing some colourless fish. The evening was highlighted by the appearance of rustling noises outside our van, When I went to investigate I found a possum going through our rubbish bag. He just ignored us a looked back blankly. I moved the rubbish inside the van. (Next morning we discovered from our neighbours that a possum had ended up inside their tent and stole their bread).
