Mel and her instructor Phil before the jump
Fell from a plane at 200km/ph today.... Was AMAZING!

We got picked up from the hostel at 10:45am, and taken to the airport. We got into our outfits, and had hats, goggles, oxygen masks, all that sort of thing, and met our skydiving partners.... Mel's was called Phil and mine was called Andrew. We were driven to the plane, and met our camerapeople... I had a woman called Jenny and Mel has no idea what hers was called, but he had cool dreadlocks...

We were in a TINY plane, only 9 people. Me, Mel, Justin (our roommate), our 3 instructors, 3 camerapeople, and that was it... oh and a pilot as well. We had to put our oxygen masks on when we got up to a certain height, as the air was too thin to breathe... SCARY! LOL.

Justin was first to jump, and I saw him drop towards earth, I was really scared! We shuffled to the edge of the plane, and then whoosh... we were falling... AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, can't think of words to describe the feeling. We were being filmed all the way.

Mel jumped last, as that is the worst position to jump in,

Mel falling from a plane! (VERY, VERY FAST!)
and she was very brave! She smiled the whole way down, and is still smiling now!

We got our t-shirts and photos, and we got to watch our DVD's. That was really cool, and now we have had lunch and are planning the next skydive! BRILLIANT!

Andrew- Mel says she wants to take you skydiving now, you will love it!
