By the time we left the street was much quieter.
Naturally there was a sand castle – a pretty good on too.
With a board walk and pandana palms the beach promenade is something special.
There are some pretty nice places to stay facing the beach.
Bush turkeys even wander around on the beach front
Choc honey comb and raspberry is Joans pick.  Yuuum!

There are also lots of inland waterways attached to the river.
