We were sad in many ways to leave Adelaide. Such a great city and we really enjoyed our 3 days there. But now onto the next part of our big adventure and the Great Ocean Road from South Australia to Melbourne awaits..... Day 1. Friday 6th Feb. Picked up our VW Camper van. Got an upgrade to a virtually new vehicle and a refund of half day rental as we had to wait an extra hour for it to be prepared ? Left Adelaide early afternoon for short drive due south to Victor Harbour. Hoped to spot whales and dolphins but none to be seen. Headed eat a few km to Port Elliot for 1st over night stop.
