A great day, spent catching up with so many family!

We had a lovely breakfast with Justin and Justine (LOVED waking up to see their little girls sitting at our front door, waiting for signs of awakening so our kids could come and play!) then a walk around the block and to the park that backs onto Justin's house.

Then after grabbing (too much) food, we drove to Parramatta Park, for a picnic with:
Zia Maria, her daughter Marina and John and 9yo Daniel
Zia Tessie, with her daughter Janine and Ante and kids Nicola, Ante and Francesca ("Kiki"😉, and with her granddaughter Stephanie Crosato, who is Paul's daughter
Zia Gini, with her son Davide
Zia Betty and Zio Mario, with all their family - Daniella and Mark, and their boys Ty (2yo) and Bon (7mo), Justin and Justine with their girls Marisa (5yo), Hannah (3yo) and Nina (5mo), and Mariella and Craig

A noisy catchup for 4 hours ensued - wonderful times.

We then went with Zia Gini home to see Zio Gigi, who was pottering with inventions in his shed, then to Mass in Italian at Marayong, and back to Zia's for pasta bianco for dinner - a bonus when Paul Crosato popped in to say hi!

A lovely day crowded with good people.
