Welcome! I am a senior at a high school in Chicago called UIC College Prep. I will be enrolling in college in the Fall of 2012. I traveled out of the country for the first time my summer before senior year; I spent a month studying abroad in Panama. After traveling to Panama I realized how important it is to study World History. World History is important because we all need to know what is going on around the world rather than just focusing on issues impacting places near by.
