1. Summarize your article
The article explains who Joseph Koney is and why he matters. It says that Kony is behind a mission to take children away from their families and trains the boys for the army and uses girls as sex slaves. This article also explained how the film Russel a supporter is trying to show awareness for Kony and ways the public could support this movement. One of the ways was by making him famous since most people don't know about him or the problems of Uganda.


2. How does your current event relate to topics or ideas that we have
discussed in world history. Explain fully
This relates to slavery. The reason I think it is similar is because during slavery they were forced to work for someone and they had to preform harsh task. Similar to the children that Kony captures because they didn't ask to join but wer abducted and force to kill their parents and mutilate others.

3. Is there evidence of cause and effect in your article? How so?
The cause is Kony mistreating children in Uganda and how the message was widespread through The effect is many people have began group to advocate against Kony and Obama ordered some troops to go oversee the safety of the Uganda children
