When they went to Eurpore, Africa, and then to America. My grandmother makes her famous cheesecake.

she includes: sugar, cheese, vanilla, milk, and the secret ingredient.....


2. Does your family in someway identify with this recipe? Why or why not?

We as a family has come together to try to make this recipe, but for some reason it is never the exact same as my grandmother who is the age of 82... we will never know


3. Do you think people should have access to a variety of foods? Why or why not?

Yes because you get to learn different cultures' foods.


4. In general, do you think food is an important aspect of one’s culture? Explain.
Yes food is very important because some people take food and dinner very serious it is a time to come together as a family. No matter what or how hard things get between families food brings family together.
