We have decided to go paperless this year for our Christmas Card. We generally send a letter and a card with pictures. Because you are on our blog and already know about what is happening with us and Ben I will just briefly update you with the rest of the family:
Before we started this adventure we both worked at the golf course this summer. Dwight continued to work in reservations and Joan worked concessions and drove the beer cart. What a great summer we had!
Adam is still living in Hawaii but has joined the Honolulu Fire Department. He got the call in August and started the Fire Academy in September. He will graduate in April and be assigned to a station. Once he has his schedule, it should allow him to continue diving when he is not fighting fires.
Leslie and Tim are still house hunting in Seattle. Jack turned 5 in July and started Kindergarten. He seems to enjoy school and has acquired new skills as well as new friends. Joe was 2 in June and is starting to talk and make his wishes very clear! We spent time with them this summer at Dwight's sister's beach house and will see them again in the new year.
We like to take this time to wish all of you a wonderful Holiday Season. A Blessed Christmas and A Happy New Year.
Please keep in touch

Merry Christmas and Happ New Year
All is fine with my family. I now have a 3 month old great granddaughter, to go along with my 4 year old great grand son. It sounds like our families are contributing to the replacement of ourselves. I can see that you are enjoying your travels. Let me know when you get to sunny California and we can get together. Lionel
