Today was the first rain we'd seen since San Francisco, and we saw plenty of it too. First thing this morning it was back on I 70 and east through busy Indianapolis. I've driven through Indianapolis 3 times in my life and every time it has been a construction mess, one wonders if they ever actually finish anything?

Then it was past Dayton, through Columbus, up to Cleveland, and then to Erie. It rained the whole way, sometimes lightly, sometimes so hard it was difficult to see, but at least it's not snow.

Tonight, at dinner in the little place in the TraveLodge, I asked what they had on draft, and one of the choices was "Labatts" -- I haven't seen any BLUE in a month, we must surely be getting close to home now!

Tomorrow, we make a stop in Buffalo to pick up a new engine that John bought for their Gator, and then high-tail it for home, yahoo!
