The fish are HERE !!!

We have been waiting for weeks...........the fish were late arriving...........but they are here now..........over 300,000 of them in the river right now. We came home with 4 yesterday, two the day before and two more large salmon today. Our freezer is full and we are shipping more fish home in a few days.

We are going Halibut fishing this coming week and when that catch is in, we will ship a 50 Lb. box home. This will be the second box of salmon and halibut we have shipped home. Enough fish for everyone we know practically. We are having fun ! Sorry, no pictures, we clean them on the river (that is required) and bring them home fileted ! What a way to go !

Actually we did not see anyone on the river who wasn't catching fish ! It was amazing ! Tourism is down 42% here this year so the combat fishing as they call it, was not so bad. We have about 20-30 yards between each person and that is plenty of room. We still have to work on our cleaning techniques though. We wish our buddy Linus Fiely was here............he would be having a ball and helping us clean a lot of fish !
