The setting sun hit this bluff in a very dramatic way to end our day!
Many of whom volunteer at this park as guides.
and many of their descendants still live here.

We checked out Fort Bluff
It is best known for its Twin Rocks.
We stayed the night in Bluff, Utah, which was apparently established in 650 AD
because it is just so vast.
just don't do the landscape justice.

We saw lots of storms in the distance, but never got rained on.
and of course the usual lizard.
And watched rafters on the San Juan River
We went from there to Goosenecks State Park
of everything that just blows the mind.
and once again, it's the scale
Monument Valley was pretty impressive
and was good enough to do so right in front of the buttes!
This collared lizard even posed for me.
Here we are with the iconic Monument Valley buttes.
