Day 136 (Thursday 03/09/09, NJJ)
Got the shuttle bus for the 1.5 hour trip around Zion National Park to view the lovely scenery. Drove on the Bryce Canyon National Park. Saw bighorn sheep along the way. Had food at a roadside diner - buffalo chicken salad each, couldn't face the Special K. Passed through Dixie National Forest. At Bryce Canyon went to a number of viewing points - Sunrise point, Sunset point, Inspiration point and Bryce point. Great views and the hoodoos were cool. On towards Capitol Reef National Park. At Torrey, before Capitol Reef, we checked in to Thousand Lakes RV Park/campground. Had showers then pasta dinner. Did a load of laundry. Bed around 10.30pm.
