NGO: Young Life

Young Life is a non for profit Christain organization that helps better the lives of children arcoss the world. They reach out to children from ages four to eighteen, bust mostly children in high school, and they have camps every summer where these children can get closer to God and also meet new people and make new friends.Young Life was founded by Jim Rayburn in October 16, 1941 in Texas. Young Life has summer camps in 14 American states as well as two camps in Britain, Canada, and one in the Dominican Republic. Young Life has over 8,000 ministry locations around the world and all of their staff members are volunteers. And as you already may have guessed, I'm apart of Young Life. I have been apart of it for about 3 years now and its an amazing organization that does awesome things for students like me and it has completely changed my life since I have been in it.
