We are leaving Hood River and on our way to Mount Hood. Mount Hood is over 11,000 feet and still some has some snow on top. This will be the first time Henry and Patrick see snow.

We stop at Timberline Lodge, ski resort. Since the Cascade Mountains are all volcanos, there is lava rock everywhere.

We hang out on top of the mountain for a while. While Bob is texting, I tell him to put his hat on so he won't get a sunburn. Jared tells him to put it on so he doesn't blind airline pilots.
