10 things I like about the U.S:

- Bonus cards on Safeway, Walmart and Roseaurs which means special deals on groceries that are already a third of the price in Sweden. (How is this even possible?)
- That your stupidity (e.g. not knowing that you're not allowed to pump your own gas in the state of Oregon or not knowing that Half n half DOES NOT mean half coffee, half milk but a diary product to PUT IN the coffee) is excused by you pleadingly and sweetly telling people that you're from Sweden and have only been in the US for a week.
- The beds at the Sheraton. No words can describe them.
- Powell's Books in Portland. Not only do they have close to every book ever written, but I got 7 books for the price of 67 dollars. Imagine that happening in Sweden.
- The fact that there's no sales tax in the state of Oregon which means cheaper shopping! (Low taxes that still cover the school- and health system is something you really should consider in Sweden.)
- That Halloween is coming up in a little more than a week and a half which means spooky decorations all over town (one neighbor has really outdone himself), fear fest on AMC and trick or treating.
- Dogs on the loose everywhere. On the street, at the coffee shop, at the office. Nice ones.
- The fact that the surfing culture does not exclusively exist out at the Pacific coast, but also here in the Colombia Gorge.
- My co-workers at the office; Nick, Anna and Liselotte. Good thing I ended up with people on the same level of humor as me.
- That I'll be in New York in exactly 2 months.

Nu hittade jag till din blogg också! Verkar som att du har det hur mysigt som helst :) Mount Helens... Seterra Mount Helens? :) Här på Koh Chang finns det också massor av lösa hundar, man är ju livrädd att köra på en med moppen för de är verkligen överallt! Skönt att du trivs på din praktik, du verkar ju ha fullt upp. Bra då går tiden fort, kanske tillochmed för fort! Börjar bli rädd att man trivs så bra att det kommer bli riktigt jobbigt att lämna sen.. Men man kan ju alltid komma tillbaka :) ,Nej nu måste jag hoppa i säng! Ska upp tidigt för att åka ut på island hopping tur med båt, hoppas på fint väder! Hoppas på att få se lite bilder till nästa blogginlägg :)) Kramar till dig!

Hej, vad kul att du hittat till bloggen. :) Hehe, ja Mt Helens från Seterra. :P Finns ett par stycken gamla vulkanberg här i trakterna, vilket ger en väldigt fin horisontell vy. :) Jag läste ditt senaste inlägg om motorcykelolyckan- det verkar vara rätt farligt på vägarna där så jag hoppas ni är försiktiga. Ni verkar också ha det supermysigt, av era bilder att döma iallafall. :P Jo, jag känner detsamma, blir lite stressad över att halva tiden snart gått, hur ska jag hinna med allt!!? Och jag trivs så bra att det kommer bli svårt att åka hem. Men självklart saknar jag alla där hemma så mycket att jag aldrig skulle kunna stanna. Det hela tyder ju iallafall på att man har haft det bra under sin tid här, och som du säger så kan man ju alltid komma tillbaka. :) Njut av värmen och solen och bada lite för mig med (så sjukt avis på er för att ni kan bada :P). Stora kramar!!
