Crater Lake, OR
I must admit, I had never heard of Crater Lake, OR; maybe that made it even better. The water was an intense blue color and the views were spectacular to say the least or at least that is what the video at the visitor’s center said. It rained very heavy both night's and was very foggy in the mornings. We went for a ride but the visibility was about 20 feet so we headed back to camp and cracked a few bottles of wine and just relaxed……
The weather cleared a little by mid day and we hiked one of the trails near our camp site (after all that wine we could only walk ….no driving) WHAT A WONDERFUL TRIP !
