1. This event is taking place in the state of Oklahoma.

2. The people who are involved are senators from different states. Also, people from Oklahoma who were hit by the devastating tornado.

3. Article 21 is being violated because they are not able to have equal access to public services. Some state senators do not agree with others; thus, they are going to have to vote for it and see how the results go.

4.My thoughts on this issue is that Oklahoma needs help right now. Many buildings have been destroyed and families are devastated. It is unfair for some states to get help, while others are not getting help. There is nothing being done right now. We need to send help as soon as possible, so families and the state can rebuild. A possible solution is sending a charity to help build back some houses and buildings. Also, we can send food and money to the families who lost their homes.
