So... without question, Daddy and my favorite thing to do is kiss you. And for now at least, you can't really fight back against our rampant kiss attacks. Well, not in the traditional child way, by running away and refusing to be kissed. You have however, started your own little coup against kisses. In your arsenal are several new tricks. The first is the open mouthed kiss, which is your response to anyone who tries to kiss you. I don't know if you are under the impression that anything that gets near your mouth is food, or if you figure you should just start tasting everything to make sure it isn't food. Either way, most times that we kiss you you try to eat our lips😊
The other way that you fend us off is by sucking on EVERYTHING. Mommy held you the other day and didn't pay much attention to you gumming her arm, that is until she put you down and saw the hickey. Oye.

Mommy is also getting more footloose and fancyfree with you and has often been spotted wearing you as a hat. Daddy isn't too keen on it, but you LOVE it.

Today we visited with your buddy Murphy. He and Miss Alyssa came over to visit and they help us set up your Jolly Jumper. You seem pretty content with it thus far, but no real jumping yet. Not too surprisingly. We did however have a resurrection of the Moby carrier that Auntie Binky got you. It was banished for a while when you were particularly prone to spit up. Mom went through a couple days of washing it everyday and decided that we would wait till you were facing out and a little more developed, gastrointestinally speaking. So huzzah! After the day that we had yesterday I can't wait to have real spring and be able to stroll around with you places. Soon!

Love you!

Now that you are a little less spit up prone, we use your Moby from Auntie Binky more. Having to wash it after every use was a little prohibitive before. Also in the picture is your Jolly Jumper, not much jumping thus far, but it is up and ready for action!
