since our last entry, we' ve been experiencing bad internet connections at campgrounds.

We left South Dakota and drove to Wendover NV. This seemed to be the longest drive yet, even though it wasn't. We drove at least 120+ miles across the Bonneville Salt Flats to Wendover. Flat, straight, dead, nothing to see, windy road. I'm glad we did it. The salt flats are beautiful, it looks like snow. All along the interstate people have taken rocks on the sides of the road along with beer bottles and written words and pictures. Looked neet as we passed by. Fortunitely when we reached the end of the flats, Wendover was at the base of the mountain and our campground was right there. This was just a overnight stop. Very nice KOA, we basically had the place to ourselves.
