Polson, MT Flathead Lake

We arrived here in Polson, Mt today and met Reta & Jim (our friends from Amarillo, TX). We are staying at Eagles Nest RV park which is on the golf course and very close to the lake. The lake is huge and kind of reminds me of Lake Shasta. The weather has been beautiful today and we are looking forward to spending some time with our good friends. They have introduced us to pickle ball which is a lot like racquet ball but with a wiffle ball. You play on an outdoor smaller scale tennis court. It gets pretty competitive. Of course I am just a spectator. There is another couple here from Princeton, California that they met in AZ this past winter, Frank & Bev and we look forward to getting to know them better this week that we are here. The guys are going to try and go fishing while we are here and I guess us girls will have to go shopping. Darn!
