A Much-Needed Rest

We spent today at the KOA in Moorhead. We ate and sat around, and that’s pretty much it. It felt so nice to be outside. Mom & Dad joined us in their first trip out with their new camper. Dad will head back to Velva tomorrow for work and Mom will head home.

Welcome to my travel blog! My husband Jeff and I waited six years after getting married before taking a vacation. It might have had something to do with being poor graduate students, or perhaps that we drove a 1991 Geo Metro. Anyway, we've tried to make up for it since. By the end of August 2008, he and I had been in the 48 contiguous states, as well as Hawaii.
