Headed off to Boothbay harbour.
Strangely lots of traffic out this way, not sure why. Beautiful
little harbour side town though. Found the Maine popcorn company and
after trying many decided to purchase the Salt and Vinegar and
Buffalo Wings popcorn flavours. Also tried taffy and chocolate
coated Oreos. (Haven't tried the fried Oreos yet, but yet they fry
them also).

Stopped off at Wiscasset for lunch which we topped off with hot fudge icecream. I think we're eating our way through Maine.

Came back through Freeport which has shopping outlets, but we had fun buying at North Face
with their 'sample' sale. Had a look through L L Bean which is huge and well themed. A bigger version of the store out of Tim Allen's 'Last Man Standing' show. Kirsten ran out of time to buy in
Nike store but runners for $50...she's excited. Would love to have had more time to explore the rest of town.

Wanted to stop off and buy fresh lobster ($6ea direct from fishermen) but they were all closed on our way home. Had to settle for a glass of wine by the sea with the mist rolling in. Rolls in very thick but not a breath of wind. Its so peaceful here.

Interesting mix of a rough version of smarties and M&Ms. Very yummy. Kirsten tried chocolate covered Oreos but they were over-rated. This is also where we had popcorn from the Maine Popcorn Company.
