The United States is top three from the 2013 HDI. My three HDI's I am doing is education, income, and in-equality. Education in the United States is at 13.3 years. A child goes to school for about 16.8 years in the United States. In Venezuela, a child goes to school for 14.4 years of schooling; since the percentage is low, the schooling for children may not be as enforced as the United States. We are forced to be in school until sixteen years of age. It may not be the same for Venezuela in this case, which decreases the percentage. The income for the United States is 43, 480 dollars. The country of Venezuela has 11, 475 dollars of average income. This shows that there can be a large population of people that are working low wage jobs. In United States, we can infer that people have a decent job getting paid decent amount of money that lets them have a happy life off their work money. Lastly, inequality I wanted to see the education inequality difference for the two countries. United States has a .941 inequality percentage. Venezuela has a .571 percent. So United States's employers are looking for people that are educated. That is why education is a push for a better job. Venezuela percentage is lower because it lacks a little on education than United States, so they may will be okay with those who only have high school degrees to work at certain jobs.
