1. Piracy continues to exist in the modern world because pirates still continue to hijack ships and take important neccessitates. In Somalia, the pirate economy has been booming in recent years. In the past years, hundreds of ships has been hijack and valubles have been taken. Pirates even use hostages to hijack ships.

2. The authories created something called, Maritime Police Force or millitary. No, I think there are no other solution because the pirates will not listen and keep hijacking ships. Unfortunatly, this millitary or force did not work as they have been abondoned by its sponers and leave them to most likely join the pirates.

3. No, piracy is not justifiable because you are putting another person's life in danger. Moreover, taking valubles and killing people are not justifable. Yes, it sometimes can be justifablle in the time of need. Moreover, piracy is justifable to help a family or in need of money.
