I have spent most of my life in the D.C./Northern Virginia area however I currently live in Orlando and can't complain...sunny weather, greenery year-round and a short trip to many beaches!

Sea World
Visit Sea World. I had not gone here in many years and was pleasantly surprised at how much it has been updated. A great time for kids and adults.

Universal Studios
This is a picture of the Curious George Water Park at Universal however there is much more to the park than this. Actually it consists of two connected parks...Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Islands of Adventure has roller coasters and is more leaned towards the teenage and adult crowd.

Bay Hill Golf Course
Here is a picture that I took at Bay Hill during the Bay Hill Invitational Golf Tournament. Always a great atmosphere even if you are not into golf.

Bahama Breeze
This restaurant was first tested in Orlando as a new Darden concept and has since spread throughout Florida and the southeast. It is based on an island concept and not only has a great atmosphere but great food!

Downtown Orlando Is Changing
Here is a picture of a new condo right in the heart of Orlando...away from tourists, so to say, and in a very trendy and upcoming area.

Thunderstorms Lead To Rainbows
Summer in Florida often brings afternoon rainstorms that end in rainbows.

Hurricanes!
2004 was a nightmare for Orlando as for the hurricanes...three in a row! Here is a picture I took after hurricane Charley.

Take A Boat Ride
This riverboat cruise sails out of Sanford, Florida everyday and Sanford is only a short drive from Orlando.

Hi Abby! I think I know you from another website! Nice to see your photos here. I used to live in Orlando, it was fun place to live, for a while. I like your photos...especially the rainbow!
