Days 7, 8 & 9

Day 7

Started the day off by playing in the pool which ended up being the whole morning :O).
Started decorating the Second Bedroom which was the Twin Room.....not anymore :O), this was in preperation for furniture turning up on wed. It was green before, not one of Coral's favourite colours so it had to go!!
We had a massive lightening & thunderstorm........so what did we decide to do in our infinite wisdom.......hmmmmm..........let's go out in it............lol to be fair it started off as light rain then turned into a torrential downpour. It was quite scary yet exhilarating too!! we got soaked!! Apparantly we need the rain.......Yeah, like after we're gone!!


Day 8

Up early today, yeah like we're not every other day.....lol. We had to finish off decorating the 2nd bedroom as the furniture was due between 10am - 2pm. Luckily it turned up after mid-day. L8r we went out to K-Mart for a bit of retail therapy, and girls your gonna love this we were looking for shoes/sandals........although it was for me. I think i found the perfect pair.......will go nice with my gold banana hammock......lol. We tried to get back in time for the match which we thought was being televised on ESPN, but alas it wasn't to be.....damn it......but Man Utd did beat Wigan 2-1 so all's well that ends well. Honing our skills on the Wii bowling in preparation for taking down Ellen who I may have mentioned is 84 years young.

Day 9

Just for a change from the norm we decided to decorate.....lol .....well the rest of the villa this time. We brought this fantastic picture, we wanted to hang but the wall needed painting before we could hang it. We had the Home Owners Association come round as we want an 80ft tree cut down as it's needles are landing on the lanai and it's really hard to get rid of them. The screen is quickly turning into a thatched roof.....lol
We spent the afternoon relaxing in the pool, while the sun was out :O)
Jenifer & Dennis came over and the plan was to go to Old Town to see hundreds of motorbikes. Thursday nights is bikes, Friday is Hotrods & Saturdays is classic cars (which we did last year). Once again the heavens opened so we decided to order in Pizza and play games at home from Wii bowling, to Pool (which we learned this new variation on it called Killer) to card games in the evening. It turned out to be a really good night as it always is in their company. It's always after midnight when we part. :O)
