So finally I get to catch up with the weekend that was Disney. We had our first flight with Southwest Airlines which was suprisingly good. Cheasper than Easyjey and much more enjoyable. We managed to save a further wad of cash by working out how to use the public busses ontop of the money we saved in Washington thanks to Vicky. When we finally got the the hotel we were suitably suprised. It was large and very nice and about 5 mins walk to Downtown Disney, plus it had its own pool. The first night we spent relaxing on our balcony after having bought a few beers from the local supermarket and the next day we spent the morning by the pool reading which was very pleasant. That afternoon we split up and Vicky went to Downtown Disney whilst I watched the football (which wasn't great loosing to Chelsea but it worked out well in the end).

Second day we made it to Disney. After an

early start, we got the hotel bus there to get there for opening time. Was definately worth it because we could just walk on to any ride almost instantly. On the whole we probably

Can you tell who's is who's?had to que for at most 30 minutes all day! That meant we got to do everything and without much hastle. Some of the best rides were Thunder mountain ehich is a given and also a classic, as is the log flume. Monsters Inc. was very funny and Lilo and Stitch was one of my favourites. I wont tell you what happens incase anyone reading this happens to go there. I couldn't miss out Peter Pan or Pirates of the Carribean either though.

As you can tell from the pictures, it was a beautiful day weather wise but eventually very tiring walking round so much. We rounded it off by watching some of the light parade at night but called it quits before the fireworks because it would have involved hanging around for an hour with nothing to do (for some reason, thursdays fireworks are an hour later than normal?

On Friday we managed to get a bus to the Greyhound station (it only involved a two mile walk in the process) so that we could get down to Ft Lauderdale. All in all, well worth the effort to get there because we had a very fun couple
