Happy birthday golden boy!
Happy birthday to you. What a fab place to spend your birthday. Have you tried the Jumbo restaurant yet. It's chinese equivalent of beefeater at sea. You have to take a small boat to get to it, it's massive and very trouristy. Have a great day and don't forget to get that bottle of champagne I promised you. See you very, very soon! Love to you both. Mumxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Inside information
What's this - you're drinking Chang beer - traitor! Just read Vicky's blog and left a message - do they not sell Carlsberg over there, can't be sponsoring Everton now can we, or have you crossed over to the dark side? Loved the picture of you dancing in the sea, do the waves give you more rhythmn or is it the same as on land? Mumxx

CAn't cook, don't need to cook...
Eating locusts eh! Well ommitted to tell you recently but there is a bearded dragon living in your bedroom at the moment - looking after it for a friend and as you are away your room is the guest room. Anyway any locusts the wee dragon doesn't eat we'll save for you - just let me know if you want them baked or fried!! Mumxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Way to go Aaron
Who said the art of chivalry was dead - did I hear right - you left Vicky to placate the driver - he could have sold her by the time you got back! Glad to hear you are both prepared to fight your corner though. If you had not been travelling on a budget you probably would have taken the easy route and paid him - that's probably what they hope for. See you soon. mumxx

Wot no honey in the jars!!
Hey now it looks like you are travelling, well off the tourist track etc. Jars look amazing - Winnie the Pooh would be in his element there if they were full of honey!! Glad you are keeping away from the unexploded mines - thats sensible - so if you lose your ball you don't cross the line to go and get it back. Looks like Vicky is auditioning for a new series of Bill and Ben, tell her she's too pretty and she will have to be Little Weed instead!

Good pictures! I did well getting into that jar, will have to show everyone your attempt! Xx

Wildlife
So now the wildlife can't keep its hands off you - diving at you like that! Big girl, bet you screamed louder than Vicky!! Sound like a great adventure, but you still don't seem to have come across wonderful accommodation with swimming pools, hairdriers etc - definitely not the holiday for me.xxxx

Nemo!!
Yeh, good to have you back on line! As I have said before - beware David Attenborough - Aaron is becoming a wildlife expert, what with his tutu fish and meeting Nemo!! As you are now so friendly with the wildlife we'll have to start leaving your bedroom window open so our local squirrel will have somewhere to sleep in the winter..

Buddah
Ihave a buddah like that at home - rub it's belly every day and it just burps!! Good job fire-eaters didn't use him, they'd run out of fuel - large surface area!!! Dubliner looks quiet - obviously management isn't up to much these days, bring back Adrian(enne)!!xxxx

long time no speak
Hey how are you, haven't spoken to you in ages. Glad to see you are surviving in Asia. Assume you have a stomach of steel - no problems with the food. How are you coping with the language? Or does everyone speak English. We had a great time in Berlin, weather was brilliant, even though they predicted rain every day - they lied! One more little chick has come home to roost,(Jonathan) although he is flying off to America next week!Love mumxxx

Raffles yeh!!
Sooo glad you took the plunge and went into the Raffles hotel for a Singapore Sling - very happy to have picked up the tab, as I said you're worth it!! At the same time we were in Liverpool at a graduation ceremony at the cathedral and the fellowship was bestowed on Brian May, guitarist from Queen- and he gave a speech, we were thrilled. Abby tried to send you a picture of her and Brian May, don't know if you receied it. Hope Vicky has some good pictures of your fire eating trick - I'm sure you must have been very uncomfortable being centre of attention - but I'm also sure you enjoyed every moment of it!! Love and miss you loads. xxxxxx

encyclopaedia germanicus
When did Jon start reading books??? Firstly by telling you that you were stroking a wallaby not a kangaroo and now telling you the history of Ned Kelly!! Think we'll leave him in Germany cos he's obviously got a new hobby - gathering knowledge - not drinking and womanising!! By the way where are you now - not heard in a while - get in touch - PLEASE! XXXX Oh! and go and buy yourself another jumper if you're that cold!

A cat called Keith!
Great name! I was leaving a comment and the laptop battery died...sorry! Hope you got a photo of the black swans Aaron Jxxxx

Some pointers...
Just done some reading on this Ned Kelly fella. His father was an Irish convict and he was first arrested at 14 for assaulting a chinese pig farmer called Ah Fook! Brilliant! It says that the armour there was made at home! The helmet was probably just a sauce-pan so I'm sure you didn't miss much.
