Kelsey and I had an amazing trek across Florida, from north Florida to the southern most point. The trip started with us heading to Orlando to see my mom and aunt. We got to meet up with everyone and go to our favorite Thai restaurant in Winter Park, Siam Garden www.siamgardenrestaurants.com. You must try the pad thai and crispy duck! We also tried our first Vietnamese cuisine at Loc Viet, and as anyone who knows us can expect...we loved it! We tried a traditional Vietnamese soup called "Pho", which consists of a light beef broth with hints of cinnamon, ginger and is served with fresh basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts.
